Lucky over here. Woolies and Coles import most cheese from the UK, Italy ,Greece and France. Current favs are a 30 month parmasan, pecorino, 24 month UK vintage cheddar, telagio, a Bulgarian fetta and a 12 month red Leicester. Usually get Compte but it’s been sold out.
They’ve upped their own cheese making game here too. 20 years ago it was abysmal but there’s loads now especially artisan Tasmanian varieties.
I’d love to get Edwand here to share my cheese board. If he survived the selection I could simply beat him to death with it.
