Mad_Cyril Ah, for young talent, you mean the academy or new players brought in?
For the former, I’ll admit, we didn’t do well integrating them into first team places in years past, but as I’m sure you well know, times have changed. On top of being one of the best academies globally, we’re actually managing to utilise those players. If there is one thing Lampard did right, it was to kick start using from within.
For the latter, I’m not sure what you’re getting at. It’s not like we’re flush with old timers.
