I still buy records off of her. She’s appears to have had an atrocious year, not that that matters. She’s easy to deal with and seems totally normal to me. I’m inclined to trust her take.

Not condoning that either, but as a separate question what do you think he should have done when she tried to publicly create a smear campaign claiming he was “racist” despite there seeming to be no valid grounds for the accusation?

Imagine that a member of your family is a policeman/woman in the UK I might add and some ignorant dj brands them all racist scum. I am not surprised he hit back like he did. I can think of a number of incidents in the last year alone where UK policeman have put their lives on the line. You’re right, she can give it out but can’t take it. LT42 That was back in 2010 mate, her only tracklist on 1001. She has less than 2,000 followers on twitter. Anyway, her profile or lack of is not really the point. She piggybacked on his own heartfelt post (which was very welcome not least by women judging by the replies to his post on social media), referencing his own child abuse to recycle her own personal grudge. She called his own cousin, a UK policeman a racist scumbag. Not surprised he retaliated. Mr C is about a far removed from the laddish dj circle that his post refers to as it is possible to be.

Like I said, horrible if he’s had personal experience of abuse, but I just don’t buy his motives… at all.
