BlainSA Well it would be a stupid fucking title if you’d forgotten the amount of times people posted mixes instead of albums, which is why I mentioned Renaissance and Dubman got it too.
You could have just called the thread eg ‘Best Prog Artist Albums’ - that would have explained the aim clearly and concisely, without the needless allusion to the ’Now That’s What I Call’ series of compilations.
I think the only two prog artist albums I’ve ever owned were ‘Airdrawndagger’ and LSG ‘Into Deep’, and both were breaks, not really house. ‘Into Deep’ Disc 1 (the more artist album bit) was wank anyway. Only the Disc 2 with just the proper, dancefloor single versions of ’I’m Not Existing’, ‘Into Deep’ etc. was any cop.
