          I can also vouch for Boca di Lupo. Smokestak in Shoreditch is a decent carnivorous visit. Did Gordon Ramsay Royal Hospital Road on a Ā£400 voucher- went for wine pairings for 2 people and ended up paying the different on an Ā£850 bill- Ouch! Nothing special IMO

          My favourite Smallman moment of restaurant idiocy was where he said Japanese is Asiaā€™s elite cuisine.

            To be fair to Eddie, the amount of times he justifies a shit restaurant choice with a link to a Jay Rainer review does lend him a certain gravitas

              Just had a ā€œLock Stock and 2 Smoking Holesā€ from Bross Bagels Stockbridge:

              Buffalo Bacon Schmear, Sliced Chicken, Parmesan Panko Crumb, Fresh Basil and Buffamayo on Chipotle Cheddar Bagel.

              A real lip-smacking taste, like a kind of sharp citrus tang but also wasabi hot. Itā€™s a slightly strange combination but really works.

              Bross bagels making boss bagels. Who would have thought it!
