Not bad but not a patch on North China.

Din Tai Fung isn’t as good as it was 10 years ago, but you still wouldn’t get the delicate flavours of Shanghai cuisine you absolute belter.

*Yes, the chain was founded in Taiwan, but it is Shanghai cuisine.
