Had a monstrous sized Lamb Shank imported from New Zealand yesterday. And before you ask, I’ve had lamb multiple times, but thought I’d pay more attention and compare it to goat. Obviously lamb is more melt in your mouth, but think I prefer the gamier taste of goat.
