That would probably work well. You don’t want anything with a delicate flavour because the Gan Guo Tu Dou would obviously overpower it.

RichM you’re a Chelmsford man Rich. Been to 2MT in Writtle. Not top end but it does great brunches. Off the beaten track and a bit of a hidden treasure. Lovely friendly 6ft blonde waitress to boot.
