    Saw Helena Hauff at Field Day a couple of years ago and she was ace I have to say.

    All blitzkrieg techno played aloofly.

      Mad_Cyril not a massive fan of her. She plays a lot of electro tinged stuff that I just can’t get into. She also plays a lot of the nu gabber / hard style stuff that was fun for a minute but quickly wore out, imo. I’m currently looking for a return to odd measure loop shit like Hood used to make. Matrixxman and Benny Rodriquez are really the only people I of know doing it atm

          Absolute king. One of my current favorites. Fantastic hair and drip game too.

          Do like his clobber game tbf.

          Stands out massively amongst a sea of monochrome techno Djs.

          Jane Fitz is great. Loads of old prog on this one too.

          Setaoc Mass. Has done some DJ sets and made some tracks with Matrixxman as well, but has a slight edge as a DJ and producer imo.

              sbando quality tune, really is. Really like La Fleur. I’d definitely go and see her play when this madness ends

                hugopal oh yeah. I am a fan. Deniro is another one. Everything he has done recently is like exactly what I am after. As is just about everything that comes out on Sungate Records. Probably my favorite label atm.

                      He’s a really talented producer who I’m still waiting on to make something really exceptional. He had one lower tempo (like 124 BPM - lower by his standards) on Dekmantel I really liked a few years ago. I guess I think all the pieces are there. Just haven’t coalesced for me yet.

                          It looks silly but I don’t really mind if it seems genuine. Harvey hams it up a bit. Zabiela jumps around like a sober weirdo. Not everyone is a potato on stage like Digweed. Some like a bit more show.

                              Amps Is she the new Oakey?

                              Her mixing isn’t too dissimilar to his - quick transitions, horrifically out of key and generally acting the twat on stage.

                                Jennifer Cardini and Steffi are a couple who I think are consistently of a good quality. Of the new breed I would say Avalon Emerson and Haai, although both are erratic currently.

                                It’s no so much Nina in that vid, look at the absolute state of the truncheons in the crowd. The total opposite of “clubbing”. Wankers.

                                  Remember when oakey used to go full oakey, he would bypass the Jesus pose and move up a notch to this move where his arms were aloft in front of him then he would shrug his shoulders in time to the beat and semi-jump at the same time. It looked similar to one half Michael Jackson thriller video and one half epileptic fit standing up!

                                      zackster I like the driving beat but that’s it. The repetitive ee ee gives me a headache. Bit in the middle reminded me of the pet budgie we had when I was a boy which made me smile. Sorry not my cup of tea.
