Standard Northern ‘do’ catering. Rolled out for Sportsman’s Dinners or end of season presentations. Think there are stringent laws against deviating from the formula or serving anything that tastes like food.

We attended a presentation, @ the delightful Leigh Rugby club of all places, where the waitress foxed us all with the beguiling choice of “Meat or Chicken”?
