Appreciate the concern, Mono! And the laughs from the rest of you. Has brightened up my day after a couple of bitchy whatsapp fights with NRI friends sitting on their pedestals finger pointing at India.
Thought I’d drop in to let you know my family and I are doing alright. Obviously scary times with a diabolical government run by religious fuckwits, surrounded by death and infections and absolutely no health care and vaccine infrastructure in place. Lucked out big time with my wife who had kidney stones last month - we were able to get treatment without any trouble. Would have been a different story if it was this month.
Big G, my sister and her husband are fully vaccinated (and I hope most of you are as well!) - so that’s a massive relief. Some of you might remember my boomer rants on here because my dad was barely taking any precautions last year. Thought I’d wait for pfizer to be available, but after learning the pfizer vaccine is subscription model, I figure I’ll just go with the oxford one when it’s available and not wait it out any longer. Dangerous times to be picky.
I got employed in February, so I’m finally experiencing getting paid to WFH for the first time since shit hit the fan. Also why I haven’t had time to chill on here. Not going to lie, I hate working. Unemployment was glorious in 2020.
Good to be back and hopefully I’ll be a bit more regular, so some of you bastards can get back to telling me to “Shut up!” JP, you cunt. haha.
