Think also double dropped ‘calm down’ on a fantasia house cd too.
Does that make Chris & James handbag?
-si- Luvdup is another 90s blast from the past. Used to play lush and other places over here also.
In the mid-1990s there was a rave promoter in Toronto called Better Days UK that pushed a lot of epic house and progressive house sounds. LuvDup were huge with them and became a consistent booking with them, along with UKG Soundsystem. The main promoter from Better Days was a Manc ex-pat.
Better Days UK are arguably the reason I got to hear Sasha, Digweed, etc in the early 1990s and learn about the emerging epic/progressive house sound coming from the UK that I love to this day.
Part of the University of Manchester’s global house expansion study.
This particular one, as I recall, was called the Winnipeg Holistic Outreach Programme for Prog Education & Research.
Good to hear it reached its target audience

You have an odd fascination with Winnipeg and Burger King mate.
