303abuser You want between a 3:1 and 2:1 ratio of meat to fruit/veg. Most dogs do better at 3:1, but 2:1 works for some (as in feed the same weight of protein, but add more vegetables and their weight sits lower than it would at a higher ratio). If you’re putting it together yourself, gently steam any vegetables like peas/carrots/etc, then put them in a blender to break them down to be more easily digestible. You can also add things like raw egg, yogurt, coconut oil (which makes great toothpaste as well), unseasoned bone broth.
That covers the general stuff, but let me know if you have other questions.*
