LT42 Started back Muay Thai training at the weekend with a guy who fought in Holland back in the golden era. He gave me a massive kit of CBD oil at the end for the effort. Last night I ate a giant seabass off the grill. It was a wonderful Sunday and I’m in tip top nick this morning. Thanks again.
Along_the_Wire I’m on my way back from an NFL trip - Washington’s best start to a season since 1996 after being the second worst team in the league last year. Which is nice. It was the NY Marathon whilst we were here - what a pain in the arse that’s been. I’m also almost IPA’d out!
LT42 Amps this whole dance craze feels very brutalist and Slavic.
