Follows students on the Royal Navy’s “Perisher” course for prospective Sub commanders. They also test American commanders on the course, presuably becuase they’re a bit shit in comparsion.
Slight whiff of Channel 5 budget production values, but facinating nonetheless. I fucking love anything to do with nuclear submarines. The course itself is fucking nails, particualry the mental arithmetic that commanders need to do whilst under pressure.
