The Mrs and I are enjoying In Flight on C4. About the flight attendant whose son is in prison for murder in Sofia and she is being blackmailed. You have to suspend your disbelief at times but it is very binge able.

Finished Mr In Between last night

@Along_the_Wire you were right, an absolute masterpiece of television. The majority of episodes were 10/10. So many moments I thought ‘wow’. The clifftop ending with his mate, the scene with his dad in the nursing home, Bruce, the Ally storyline and then the final 5 minutes of the last episode.

I don’t think I’ll start a new show for a while yet, as it wont hold a candle to this

Rewatching Mindhunter after a couple of years, not immersing myself in wikipedia for each serial killer this round lol. Easily one of the best shows on Netflix. Must say not thrilled we got mank and the killer instead of s3. Ok mank gets the pass just about.

I watched over the weekend. Do they vet everyone on normal jury service as quite a few of those jurors had personal links to either abuse or worked in social services. I thought the original outcome was the correct choice.

Dubman i assume they were specifically included for the sake of the show. No idea on the vetting process. Don’t think there was one when I did it years ago. Judge normally asks if you have any personal connection to anyone in the case, so you can excuse yourself.

Did you see the first one that was on maybe last year. Where they had two sets of jurors but they were both hidden from each other. I think they both had different verdicts.
Looking back on the latest show it’s so flawed. They all had same clothes on for the whole trial.

Have been watching Smoke on Apple TV. About two arson investigators hunting arsonists. Three episodes in and enjoying it.

Bloke that played Elton John is the lead character.

Phil-McRackin I used to watch The Other Side of Midnight when I was a teenager. Generally some quite pretentious stuff (to a teenage me) with the odd nugget of musical brilliance. This seems like a better episode 😏
