Dubman Sucks teef.. just finished watching the last episode of Top Boy. Had to Google some of the language meanings. But overall I did enjoy it. Will there be another season.
Dubman mono-stereo Bearing in mind i haven’t seen any of the previous seasons. Although i tried watching one episode where it started off in Jamaica but binned it as i didn’t understand the slang. Anyway i worked out Food= drugs, Fam= friends or family. I had to google Bando & money as i’m sure they said peas when they had a bag containing drugs & money.
Dubman mono-stereo init. I still really struggle with the Reggae slang yet my old reggae mate used to speak & write it. He did used to chat for a sound system in London in the mid 80’s.
303abuser For a show about high school-aged kids, euphoria is really well done. I thought season two was better than the first.
jonattonyeah Watched S3 of Succession again on the flight back. “Rape Me” is just such a brilliant scene. Hilarious. Can’t see the show doing too much more than another season given the tone doesn’t waver much, but it’s had a great run. Brilliant.
