There aren’t any spoilers in the game clip here for those wondering. Looks like they were introduced in the remake for PS5. I don’t remember any storyline from the original. Minus one or two scenes I thought episode 3 was brilliant.

Episode 3 of Last of Us was indeed as good as everyone had said it was.

rhouses I had full on waterworks. As soon as Max Richter started playing I was done. Even if I think using On the Nature of Daylight to elicit emotion is cheating. It’s been used on Arrival, The Leftovers and even Castle Rock. All have worked for me though. But I hope this is the last time someone goes for it.

Wasn’t a fan of episode 3 as much as others, I do like the context they give to some things that aren’t in the game, but the whole episode being focused on bill/frank was a bit OTT.

I was referring to the episode focusing on a character that was in the game for about 5 minutes, his sexuality wasn’t an issue.

I also couldn’t stop seeing Bill as Ron Swanson from Parks & Rec!

Watched the 1st episode of The Man in the High Castle. Not blown away but we’ll see how it goes.

And yet - the first two episodes have 1* ratings on IMDB from 1.4% and 1.6% of people respectively. The 3rd episode had 28.4% of 1* ratings. I wonder what it was about that episode that people really didn’t like…

I like it when shows mix it up with flashbacks/flash forwards or development of characters and their backstories.

I thought it was a fantastic episode, and I’m guessing will be pivotal to the later storyline. They could have approached it in the same way that has been done a thousand times before but went for something different - possibly to jar with the Trump supporting survivalists who expected a certain storyline.

I just hope 🦒 finds love like that one day ❤️❤️❤️

4 episodes into The Rings of Power and its fucking excellent. Better than the LOTR movies imo as it’s sans cheese and sinister in parts.
