I watched Spotlight. Again. I seem to watch that and The Big Short once a year, both are one of the most rewatchable movies, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s because of the editing. It sure isn’t the subject matter, both films just move at just the right pace, never dipping. Of course the acting, writing and directing in both is also great, but I do believe it’s down to the editing.
Some action too on the rewatch-list, Atomic Blonde (still good, but I think I will give it a few years, the ending is still not working), and Predator and Predators (best in the franchise after the first one, but you don’t really need to see more than the first one ever). Thinking about watcing Predator 2, not seen it in 25 years or around that amount of time.
