I am pretty sure I had COVID last weekend - flu like symptoms, although I didn’t have a high fever like most people. Headaches, fatigue and my snotty nose lasted about 5 days. I say pretty sure because the local pharmacies have run out of home testing kits and I couldn’t get one delivered in reasonable time, so I’m not 100%. Although I was in a pub last week where everyone else got the plague including all the staff. I couldn’t be arsed going to see a doctor - some would even say it would be irresponsible given there are people who really need the stretched healthcare services right now. Rode it out with lots of Sichuan spice deliveries and lots of hot tea.
Lasting effect: Not fancied a beer or a cig since, don’t know when I will.
