Hamilton (the recorded version on Disney+). 9.5/10. Will watch again. Lost half a point for me needing the captions to understand it all (I’m not as gangsta as I used to be 😂)

There’s talk of that being nominated for Best Picture, which really paints a picture of how dire things are film-wise. I haven’t seen it so no knock on the content, but rather that it’s not a movie. It’s a filmed play FFS! And it already won its award thing. The Tony or whatever.

i’ve gone through a few movies in the last week. aliens and aliens 3 were decent enough to watch again. informant with matt damon was really good. the jesus (big lebowski) movie was a bit strange, worth watching i think. started the shining sequel, it was bad enough that not only did i shut it off, i don’t remember the name of it.

British film and quite funny in parts. I think it’s loosely based on Flares’ adolescent years.

I tried Godfather 3 for the first time last night. Pointless story really. Milking it and souring the legacy. Andy Garcia banging his cousin was probably the most memorable part. 4/10

Greyhound - was slightly disappointed as i was expecting a film set in south London based on the underground dog racing scene but what i got was a very good film starring Tom Hanks who’s the captain of the US Navy ship Greyhound. Set in World War II & based on a true story. Not bad at all 7.5/10
