You guys are missing the best/more upfront tracks on the Dosem album. It is unusually back loaded. I guess it is designed to take you on a bit of a journey but you got off at the second station!

SM1 is an all killer, no filler kinda guy

wrongun Ordered. Loving their stuff of late. Put their Immersion track with the Adana Twins on my melodic house mix, it’s a wicked closer.

Half way through and it’s great so far -

Loses it’s way massively that Hot Chip mix.

Give it the s to the werve big time.

Smallman1 Good shout mate. Really enjoyable as ever with Roisin. She is a force of nature. I do have to say that its the six extended versions that I am now listening to as opposed to the whole album.

Dubman yeah, i’m not all the way through, but it’s good. really like ‘orc’ so far.

Have to recommend the Tristan Case album. Hadn’t heard of him before but his latest track FearPaw really caught my ear on JD’s latest transitions. The other tracks are good too.

Is it better than the recent Dosem horror show you offered up Alistair?

Dubman It made for a very good EP. The rest of the album was admittedly poor. Still think Dosem’s is good. You?

I do like a lot of dosem’s stuff especially his harder sound. Not that keen on his granny house on Anjunadeep.

It’s pretty good if you like there music. I’m yet to listen to through my hi-fi as I’m updating some equipment.

Dubman Have heard people say good things, but then I wasn’t that impressed with the bits I’ve listened too. Figured it might be a grower not a shower.

Feel like I’ve missed a lot of albums this year, anyone recommending anything tried and tested from earlier in the 2020 horror show?

I like that in an album. The ones that are a slower grower tend to get better and don’t age as much.

Amps Been some good albums this year. I have liked the Roisin Murphy, Kohra and Jon Gurd ones. On the non electronic side, Paul Weller and Doves have been very good

Not sure I knew Gurd had done an album, will give that a listen.

We all had our trousers pulled down by Bronson. Fucking shite that after their brilliant EP

John Beltran - The Season Series. Pick of the bunch here:

Bought an aiff for the singles from Junodownload. Nearly 8 G. 🤓

Homegrove looking forward to listening to it all. Its a novel approach including 58 tracks in 2 and ½ hours. More about the DJ’s skills and his selections than the music itself. Saw Voorn live with Kolsch at Fabric NYE and it was a blast

His Balance was similar, and is a masterpiece. Not expecting this to be though. He’s gone quite cheesy since 2008. Will listen with decent volume tonight, with some beverages.

Hes done it before, seldom works always feels contrived.

Will be giving a whirl today whilst painting the garage!
