alistair Dubman It made for a very good EP. The rest of the album was admittedly poor. Still think Dosem’s is good. You?
Dubman alistair I do like a lot of dosem’s stuff especially his harder sound. Not that keen on his granny house on Anjunadeep.
Dubman [deleted] It’s pretty good if you like there music. I’m yet to listen to through my hi-fi as I’m updating some equipment.
[deleted] Dubman Have heard people say good things, but then I wasn’t that impressed with the bits I’ve listened too. Figured it might be a grower not a shower.
Dubman [deleted] I like that in an album. The ones that are a slower grower tend to get better and don’t age as much.
[deleted] Feel like I’ve missed a lot of albums this year, anyone recommending anything tried and tested from earlier in the 2020 horror show?
alistair [deleted] Been some good albums this year. I have liked the Roisin Murphy, Kohra and Jon Gurd ones. On the non electronic side, Paul Weller and Doves have been very good
Along_the_Wire We all had our trousers pulled down by Bronson. Fucking shite that after their brilliant EP
alistair Homegrove looking forward to listening to it all. Its a novel approach including 58 tracks in 2 and ½ hours. More about the DJ’s skills and his selections than the music itself. Saw Voorn live with Kolsch at Fabric NYE and it was a blast
Mad_Cyril alistair Its a novel approach including 58 tracks in 2 and ½ hours. Hes done it before, seldom works always feels contrived. Will be giving a whirl today whilst painting the garage!
Homegrove His Balance was similar, and is a masterpiece. Not expecting this to be though. He’s gone quite cheesy since 2008. Will listen with decent volume tonight, with some beverages.
