I’ve taken a few mins and revisited them . I now feel comfortable awarding them the worst that have ever been posted on here or Bedrock . Are they even branded 😂

What even drew you to them, aside from trabb illiteracy?

The last time I saw those trabbs was on a kid called ‘Data’ and he was able to produce oil slicks from their heels if he was in mortal danger.

Ha! Cheers guys! I did kind of expect these responses though…

I acquired them from a mate of mine who purchased them in the states years ago but never wore them and they’d just been living in a shoe box. Went round to his for beers and he offered them to me for nothing so I took them… only use them for knocking about in but they will occasionally get an airing in public if I need to nip to the local shop etc.

One thing you can say about them is that they’re “unique” - for good or for ill I’m never going to encounter someone else with them on.

The camera pans away from the trabbs and dances across the wall, revealing tatty poster images of bygone pop acts… T-Pau, Bronski Beat and Pepsi and Shirley smile with quiet menace back at us as the room comes into sharper focus and the image of a blood-sppattered teenage girl lying prone on the floor becomes apparent. The horror abates slightly as we recognise Tiffany’s ’I think we’re alone now’ as it punctuates the otherwise still scene. But we are plunged back into darkness as we notice two shadows dancing together near the window, and as the sun rises it reveals the macabre shapes of Fred West masturbating furiously into the open mouth of his wife, Rose.
