Amps Currently taking any advice on shin splints. Sprinting is okay, but they’re killing my jogging.

Hmm this is tricky, rest obviously but shin splints are a notoriously difficult beast.

    Amps I had them years ago, I just had to stop for quite a while. There’s probably a more modern solution - they’re a bastard and sorry you’re suffering. God’s speed and all that

          Re the shin splints, my best solution so far is to do some bike work before hand and then massage the fuck out of them before I start running. I think it’s my portly girth causing most of the issue.

                                        Amps only a head injury can explain the horrortrabbs posted by Dave, or indeed those usually worn by yourself.

                                            As we know Millsy, I’ve got more hits in the trabs thread over the years than anyone. Just count them up!

                                                Amps do calf strengthening exercises, i think that’s a common cause, but of course i could be wrong.
