I think he’s arguing that the upkeep of the GPO is in fine standing compared to other GPO buildings around Northern Europe and into the Near East and he uses various pie charts and technical comparisons to back up his point. It makes for an interesting read if and when you’re committing suicide and want to speed up the process.

bosstrabs very nice, bought these last year but returned because wasn’t the right size, and for some ridiculous reason India barely stocks UK .5 sizes.
