Demonstrators told they can sray on the side of the road and they’ll get camera action, instead they sit in the middle of the road, fuck up the race and get no camera action. The French cops and some of the DS guys got out of cars and gave them a kicking, proper fucking order.

Jumbo Visma played a blinder, really impressive how they circled Pogacar like sharks all day. Tomorrow is going to be epic.

Geraint Thomas deserves a mention too, just quietly going about his business. Great rider.

Went out on the bike for the first time since last September and managed 30 miles in 1h31 so happy with that! Plenty of power on the flat nothing on any ramp ups.

Settling in for todays stage now, apparently Pogacar said he was under fuelled, and he will be bang on it today, relishing this one. Love seeing the top man have to fight to get back into the race
