30:15 - well chuffed with the time, 339W down in the TT position an all which is a 365 day best in any bike. Only good for 21st out of 67 - annoyingly, the quality was high, in 40-45, I’d have been 20th, 45-49, 14th and 6th in 55-59. Dunno whether to laugh or cry
