New bike arrived today. I’m working like an absolute cunt at the minute though, so won’t be able to build it til much later 
Got some hunt all season wheels and have gone tubeless for the commuter. But no way I’m commuting by bike in this weather. I’ll end up with a broken hip.
I prefer it like this - less bellends on bikes.

Same here. I go out early on a Sunday morning to beat the dog walkers and riders. It’s very muddy that all.
I also fitted some new brake pads. Hope they work.
