Rest up and get well soon fella. A mate of my who is a hospital Physiotherapist had it recently but thankfully had it ‘mild’ compared to the horror stories. Didnt sound great either way.

Lots of hot fluids to flush out the virus from the throat into the stomach acids. If that doesnt work. Try Bleach. I heard somewhere that it’ll kill it. Or, maybe get outside into the light,

If you shine a light inside the body it also helps. A blow-torch up the arse should cure it. Good luck!

Don’t forget get the bleach..:

I know two people in NY who had it and came thru without hospitalization.

zackster I know a few that have had varying degrees of symptoms without Hospitalisation. Some having nailed on symptoms but without being diagnosed and having it pretty bad too. Pre-pneumonia etc. Also, sadly, two former/current posters have lost parents/step parents to C19 very recently.

Yeah it’s not too bad. My chest has been terrible, like someone’s been sitting on it - that’s why I got tested. That and working for the health department given all the exposure. It’s more the shock of it. Knowing you have a killer alien living in you and off of you. But no point in worry about it now. Just gotta see if BevMo delivers by the pallet…

good luck, hopefully it’s not too bad for you.

Hope you make a speedy recovery Jonathan.

      God speed brother.

Feel better soon Jonathan. Yeah - the chest pain / difficulty breathing was by far the scariest bit for me. Hope ya make a quick recovery!

Restaurants and pubs to be allowed to open in Finland June 1st, but with capacity halved. No restrictions for terraces. Last call at 10 PM mind.

If you start drinking at midday, a 10pm finish is absolutely fine.

Thanks, all, for the kind words. I really mean that.

And yeah, vinny, I’m a small investor in a bar/restaurant (also bartended there on Sunday for kicks - place is a babe factory) and getting by at 80% where we were would be tough. Half? Not feasible without drastic changes to staffing. Granted, our place is VERY social-oriented; it’s not like a fancy, quiet, sit-down spot. It’s like a damn nightclub on the weekend nights. But not sure how what we used to do is even remotely an option moving forward.
