We have seen multiple cases of E484Q and L452R. Those are the variants common in India. They seem antibody and vaccine resistant but have resulted in minor symptoms. Thing is, surveillance has increased substantially from where we were this time last year. The more you look, the more you find. Problem is, as people get vaccinated less are getting tested.
