alistair didn’t realise that in the evenings, but they are about every 15 mins in the morning. Does seem crazy cutting number of trains and number of carriages, when number of people travelling on them has increased a fair amount

Do miss the smoke I have to admit. Can’t be arsed to travel in, but when I’m there I enjoy the cut and thrust of the square mile and my trek along the south bank. Never tube it. That’s looooserville imo.

Just been pinged by test and trace (the proper one, not the app). The contact was from last Saturday (9 days ago). But I can’t just ignore it as work have strict policy of needing a negative PCR before you can come back after being pinged. T&T contacted me at 17:17 this evening. I need to be at work at 19:30 tomorrow evening. no NHS slots, so now I have to do a 60 mile round trip to work on my day off to be cleared fro work tomorrow night.

in the time since the contact I’ve been to the fucking USA and back.
