Been referred to hospital to see a specialist for my cough and chest - suspected COPD / something more serious than a chest infection.
I’m gonna blame Covid and the missus for this one.
Along_the_Wire hope that can be sorted out mate. Not sure cough medicine would touch the sides tbh
Along_the_Wire
Hopefully it turns out to be less serious than you fear.
Alongside a cold that just kept coming and going, I had a bad cough and shortness of breath for 6 weeks in October and November.
Turned out I had a sinus infection which was getting to my chest. A week of antibiotics and all symptoms cleared up.
Along_the_Wire hopefully it’s not COPD.
It could be worse, you could have ASPERGERS like Hugo.
Get well soon Grant, are you sure 88 bottles of festive red wine won’t sort it?
Fingers crossed for you grant 👍
On the mend in no time, G.
Get well soon, Grant!
The thing about COVID is, you can basically see it off with two days in bed and a week of the hottest curries known to man.
Unlike Hugo’s AIDS and ASPERGERS, which both currently have no cure.
Get well soon, Grant. Hope you’re able to enjoy Christmas!
News just in lads: they’ve found Hugo to be patient zero for a mutated, combined AIDS-ASPERGERS syndrome.
They’re calling it AIDSPERGERS. That’s what Hugo has. AIDSPERGERS.
At least you’ve not got that, Grant.
bosstrabs LOL
Hope you get better soon mate and it turns out to be something minor that you can get over quickly.
No painkillers today, and only one mug of Finrexin. Feeling optimistic about Christmas dinner with the inlaws tomorrow. Also haven’t lost my taste or smell yet, so fingers crossed.
Homegrove Feeling optimistic about Christmas dinner with the inlaws tomorrow.
It’s Christmas on Sunday HG. This Finrexin is strong stuff then!?
How many shandies have you had Dave?
Mad_Cyril Finns celebrate on Christmas Eve. As do a bunch of other countries as well.

Homegrove I see, interesting.
Its all a load of bollox anyway right? Christmas is essentially a re-branded Pagan winter solstice festival which was on the 25th December using historic calendars
Don’t tell the monotheistic christian religious nuts though!
Hursty Trufax. Before everyone got religioned up to the max, it would have been called Yule - the holiday after which Yul Brynner was famously named.
