Smallman1 Whilst everyone else has been petrified of this wretched disease, I’ve been to Vienna, NYC, Chamonix, Amsterdam and Corfu. Or winning as I like to call it.
IndustryStandard Smallman1 How did they let you in here (NYC)? Thought borders were closed for Brits. Only open for US Citz/Green card holders
seanc80 Its not really about being petrified Ed. Its more so about the avoidance of spreading it to others. Anyway sure look. I may as well be talking to the curtain rail. Go and get yourself a nice bun from the kitchen.
Smallman1 If you haven’t had or got Covid, how can you spread it to others? I’m in the high risk category so am extra cautious, have to be. Being an acute asthmatic I need to be super careful and am.
Smallman1 I guess I could be asymptomatic but with my asthma I think I’d show symptoms. And also, you can’t live your life thinking what if I’m asymptomatic, that would be ridiculous.
Smallman1 That’s the plan Dave. Off here tomorrow for more winning - https://www.bratrestaurant.com/ Hold tight for feedback!
seanc80 Look I’m no public health physician but I would certainly question if travelling to 5 countries spanning over 2 continents in the middle of a surging pandemic, was ‘super careful’? Especially given how susceptible you are to illnesses of this nature.

Especially given how susceptible you are to illnesses of this nature. If you adhere to the rules, are careful and respectful of every countries rules and regulations then you’re ok to travel. The only thing that’s stopping you is a tiny mind and a lack of ambition which is why I think you’re struggling with life.
bosstrabs When Ed Smallman starts thinking seriously about the consequences of his actions, or anything for that matter, then we’ve lost the Clapham version of Nathan Barley that we know and love and we’ll just have a long necked Yant.
Hursty Sounds more like no fucks given! As long as Ed stays off the Tube and mitigates the risk of infection by using Uber everything should be tickety-boo.
seanc80 Well to be fair, for me… life is a struggle at the moment Ed you are correct, but isn’t it a bit of an old ball-ache for everyone? Pubs are now all closed along with restaurants, travel is limited. But life could be worse etc etc Its a bit annoying to now know that all of this could have been avoided if we all just adopted that ‘Dick Whittington’ approach that you’ve eluded to above. Bloody tiny mind eh!
