Quattro II
Ok, done.
Soundscape. Some great stuff on this, the uptempo stuff turned beatless not so sure about (Wink-track for instance). Acid Rockers was my favorite right off the start
Tempo is the closest Digweed has come to doing another Transitions CD. Very similar to the first and the last IMO. Liked a lot.
Redux also good. Made me realize not one remix of Forge has been better than the original though. Will dig out my copy of Foundations and rip it tomorrow. Lopezhouse remix of Stand Still was my favorite. Will probably play that at home until my wife and cats are sick of it.
Robert Babicz’ Juxtaposition is weed smokers dream. Years ago I smoked a blunt someone gave me at a cabin party that was way more potent than I was prepared for. I bet if I had one like that now I could lie on the floor and listen to this and the duration of just over 1 hour would seem like 5 in a pleasent way. Babicz should just stick to ambient stuff, his club music has not been very exciting in years, but this is really good.
Overall, not as good as the first Quattro, but way better than the Structures albums for example.
H is weed smoking shocker! Do us smokers mix next time your on the ones and twos ️
Homegrove Vape pens are the future. :3
Is that Jamiroquai?
That’s a lame remix of come fly with me.
Prefer the original
Used to sound great on the old Space Terrace that.
Phil-McRackin
Way too tall
Really like the Wink track. Breaking news, I know.
Think I’ll give Quattro II the ole s to the werve.
Sounds bobbins.
Agreed
Trouble is with these comps you know exactly what your getting. A struth of his half decent label tracks given a rerub from the usual suspects. I doubt people are buying them that much as the bunker stuff has been better. Especially when he crate digs and sacks the usual Guy J kinda stuff.
Kinda gave up his comps after Renaissance 2.
Crikey. See what you mean about the Babicz cd being very ambient.
Its more in the Global Communication 76 14 mold than a typical Bedrock release. Far more chilled than even the Soundscape mix.
totally right though, need some good smokes or a 5am post club session to really appreciate.
I’m in agreement with most here. Liked the mixes, esp Tempo and Redux, but the individual tracks, having listened to them are pretty uninspiring.
Side point, why did we need yet another Persuasion redux when the last Quattro one from Howells? Scraping the barrel

i wasn’t going to bother, but i think you just sold me on this one.
assuming they upload the actual mix on spotify, not just the individual tracks.
SM001 yep and i’d rather spend that on smaller artists. i have spotify so i don’t have to pay much to support the guys who already make at least their fair share and if they want to only include part of the product, i’ll exercise my option not to support them. i’m not preaching to anyone else, it’s just my preferred way of doing things.
303abuser Mods, Snorky’s hacked 303’s account!
The redux side will get the repeated listens from me. Some excellent re-works

The fuck is going on here?!
