seanc80 …don’t mean that specific cocktail, just fucking gin. Gin bars, ‘Artisan’ gin, botanical gin, entire fucking gin menus in places, 'ooh, look! it’s gin o’clock!'
I just don’t like it that much… too fucking floral for me.
A V&T is an infinitely superior drink to a G&T IMO (same goes for a Martini). The only time I’ve enjoyed it was a Hendricks with cucumber and some posh tonic that tasted fuck-all like tonic, making the whole thing taste entirely gin-less.
