Amps I could be way deluded on this, but I reckon if anyone in Britain tried to set up a dictatorship, there would be enough ill will from the secret service or our military that they would be seen off pretty quick, just don’t think that is the case in the states.

jonattonyeah alistair Agreed for the most part. But the people who are the most vulnerable and the least able get the worst of it under current Republican policies. I’ll be fine. Most of us will be fine. But those who won’t be, really won’t be. I guess it depends whether you care about others or not. I’d say most Americans, given the current state of affairs, do not.
