Tough to tell. Part of me is like, fine, just ram through the Supreme Court Justice and get it over with. The more it drags on the bigger deflection from COVID and the economy which is where Trump has pretty much no room to stand. But what do I know.

Potus:
PA, MI, and WI for Biden
FL for Trump
Biden Wins. Polling suggests that Trump is getting hurt in the suburbs, and in farm states.

Sentate:
ME, NC, CO likely to flip to Dem seats. AZ seems like a good bet too, and due to the nature of that specific seat, they could have a senator seated before January 1, 2021

Possible upset in SC, as ol’ Linday’s numbers are really bad.

AL likely to flip to the Repubs.

*2016 proved that polls are meaningless so take all of this with a grain of salt.

I don’t think they will. I suspect that Mitch will wait until after the election. There is the very real possibility of the repubs stealing the election in a similar fashion to 2000, however they do not need the seat filled to do that. What’s more, Roberts can even descent, split the vote 4-4 and still allow a case from the appellate courts to prevent a recount, or the counting of mail-in ballets, or whatever they have in mind. The seat is absolutely gone, and I don’t think Mitch wants the stink of the election results tainting it.
