I still don’t see what’s particularly damaging about the accusations that they have to be defended.

Even the Saudi stuff, most people I know are guilty of making a flippant, ill-judged and insensitive remark about a political situation, that taken out of context and printed would look very bad indeed.

I agree with your point here as well to an extent - the whole thing hardly seems worth scrabbling around in the gutter for - but there probably are still some “EDM” DJs who are more “obnoxious” than others.
