🤣 you need to finish more, your music is really solid. as long as you’re enjoying the process though, it’s all good. and that was me last fall, thought i’d have the album done a year ago, got some new tools, spent more time learning, and here we are a year later. work is always getting in the way of making music too, helps that i’ve been slow recently.
i have 13 tracks done, but that’s almost 90 minutes, so i’ll cut 2-3 tracks. it covers a real spectrum of dub techno, but i’ve got 3-4 tracks that are a bit tougher, more uptempo (inspired heavily by the maurizio m-series) that i really like. i’m going to try to do more in that direction. just finishing the details then send it to wayne for mastering next week, hopefully out on insectorama by november.
