        SM001 yeah, I wanted to hate it but ended up loving it. Fantastic show.

        Incidentally she is excellent in White Lotus. Plays a character totally different to the one in Euphoria. She appears to be a really good actor and not just some hot chic with rocking tits.

            The phrase “White Lotus” is starting to annoy me every time I see it.

              Been making my way through Gareth Evans’ “Gangs of London”. Good grief some of the violence is off the charts. Heads exploding. Fingernails being removed. It’s bonkers. Pretty good, ’though. Very well shot. Looking forward to his next film “Havoc” which should be out next year. Both “The Raid” films are top notch IMO.

                    Yeah it’s pretty rough in parts. I mean, I would expect some serious police intervention if half of this stuff was actually happening. London isn’t fucking Mogadishu. But, hey, no big deal. Just 10 dead dudes all tied to the same syndicate, all with blown-off limbs at the same location, blood everywhere. No need to bring anyone in for questioning or anything. Have at it, lads. Don’t worry about us peelers.

                      It’s alright. Just pitched poorly. It’s not a drama, but rather “John Wick” meets “Zero Zero Zero”. Not unlike people saying “The White Lotus” (to trigger AtW) is a comedy. It isn’t. Temper expectations and they’re both enjoyable in their own way.

                                The episode about Sadam on Who Wants to be a Dictator or whatever its called is good. He was a proper pyscho. The part about kidknapping some party members, keeping them in a dungeon and then feeding them and giving them all an envelope with $1000 dollars is pretty sadistic.

                                I would love to be a dictator. Would be boss. High risk but high reward.

                                Trump should have done more dictatory stuff imo. Loved his idea of the military parades, but he should have got involved with torture of political opponents and poster campaigns featuring him looking regal and rock-hard. Opportunity missed imo.

                                Trump could’ve been an all timer if he was afforded the opportunity.

                                His PR agency was garbage. Loads of ops missed. That truck one where he looked like a toddler could have been easily turned around if said truck ran over some dissidents. Equally, instead of holding up a bible after teargassing everyone outside the church, he could have fired off an AK47 into the air.

                                        jonattonyeah Well, Hitler is usually the people’s favourite, mainly because he had some great ideas. But personally I’m with Grant. Pot’s war on enlightenment, and the way he went about it, is the gold standard all us wannabe dictators should aspire to.
