Might want to give it a go in a bar first but I really like it and it sells well at our spot. The Mai Tai was invented here in Oakland and it’s a lovely rum drink when you have people over.
1.5 white rum
.5 Cointreau / Grand Marnier / Triple Sec / Orange Brandy
.5 lime
.5 orgeat syrup (worth a purchase if you like rum)
.5 floater of dark rum (like Diplomatico - use the back end of a spoon to float it)
Garnish with some mint.
You’ll have vaginas on your face in no time. Disc 2 style.
