Thing is, i reckon if we’re honest with ourselfs, alot of lads in the demographic of this forum may have well paid and stressful jobs, and use booze and other stuff to unwind during the weekend, it can easily get out of hand, the main thing is recoginising it, and talking about it. I don’t think a month of abstenance in Jan is the answer to a more fundamental problem.
