Halfway through, and I miss beer today.
Haven’t had a drink til Sunday night - the family had one last night and I managed to hold out. Looking forward to a few tonight. It’s actually been easy (and necessary) and I’ve been sleep much better the past few weeks than I have a quite a while.
I’m going to blow all of your minds here but do you know what I do when I want go to sleep?

Hursty Yeah not a fan of Shiraz myself, but I know many that are! For me, I like tempranillos, monastrells, and tuscan reds like sangiovese or montepulciano di bruzzo. Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, etc are too dry for my liking.
Kells77 Must say I am a complete novice having only got into red wine a couple of years ago. I thought Pinot Noir was the shit initially but have since expanded my range!
