All the fear with the high staked coins, I’m up 50% on ATOM, 40% on DOT.

My ADA, HBAR and ICP doing nicely, but sure to crash and burn at some point without me taking any profit whatsoever 😂

VR46 All the fear with the high staked coins, I’m up 50% on ATOM, 40% on DOT.

    What’s that in actual money?

Mad_Cyril Just a few grand but obviously staking is best way to protect yourself, I also spend via coinbase card so always going to hold some crypto, avoids those selling fees.

Funky btw here, couldn’t get into old account.

I remember @vinnyt77 had a position in $DOGE last cycle, that would be worth more than a few grand now?!

Hursty Cashed it out a couple of years ago, but did pretty well out of it 👍

ADA waking from its slumber thanks to it’s founder being mates with Musk and Trump and likely to be a big part of the shredded wheat headed clown’s so-called ‘crypto council’ (probably to be chained by Hulk Hogan). I mean, I’m not complaining as it’s suddenly gone up 150%, I just wish I had bought more fml.

Millsy I’ve just seen a post from the SEC chair elect saying

            “MAKE CRYPTO GREAT AGAIN”
            #MCGA

            😂

bosstrabs Montirex drawstring tracky bottoms make unsheathing the sword quick and easy.

Millsy Cardano will do well either way, it’s built with the future in mind, it willbe interesting to see which companies / governments start using it’s technology

Also it teamed up with BitcoinOS recently

            Yes. Actual money.

“My bollovkcoin has gone up 134%” means fuck all

              Hursty
              Ok mate.

‘My penis has increased by 50%’ is much less specific than my ‘penis is now 2 inches’.

Dollar bills, pound coins, whatever, fulfil the necessary functions of money, by the textbook definition:
              Medium of exchange
              Measure of value/Unit of account
              Standard for deferred payment
              Store of value
              Also, the necessary characteristics
Fungible: its individual units must be capable of mutual substitution (i.e., interchangeability).
Durable: able to withstand repeated use.
              Divisible: divisible to small units.
              Portable: easily carried and transported.
Acceptable: most people must accept the money as payment (note that this is not true of your Dogecoins or whatever you’re pushing this week)
Scarce: its supply in circulation must be limited.

So fiat money is money, by the definition of ANY Economics textbook you would wish to read.

What you mean is fiat money has no intrinsic value, unlike gold or silver coins. It is not commodity money.

About a decade out mate, think the only person you’ve wound up is yourself!
