CryptNO currency more like.

I’m off for a very long walk.

Liquidity problems for hedge funds etc

Amps Have a few in my portfolio now, holding for the future. I used to be so sceptical but now I ignore my personal thoughts and just see them as investments like many others

Hursty Without giving away any specifics… what genres and formats have you gone for?

Amps a variety, some are more game related, others just collectible artwork.

      • Amps replied to this.

Hursty So, artwork would be jpgs? Video files? And the game stuff would be 3D objects? What file types are those? objs? Stored where? DM me bro!

Amps yeah many projects use IPFS to store the files, which is essentially a decentralised storage protocol for long term keeping.

I’m looking at one which is dropping on Saturday which is a horse race management game, check out @equinenft on Twitter, potentially very lucrative https://www.equine.gg/

Hursty what’s wrong with a hard drive to store digital pictures? Am I missing something?

benson With NFTs, if the image that the token references goes offline then you have no artwork, so using something like IPFS which is a decentralised storage solution built on the Internet pretty much guarantees the availability long after we’ve all succumbed to covid or given up on life and live on Mars or the Metaverse

Have heard better pitches from mop sellers if I’m honest Hursty la 😂

But… if people are daft enough to buy, fair play

I may be wrong because I’m an ignorant bastard but these NFTs sound like magic beans. A colleague told me today about people buying property on the metaverse. Property that is virtual but will be worth millions in years to come. Zuckerberg fan boys sicken my shit.

LT42 The issue is, it’s happening, it’s coming, you may not like or agree with the technology but the speed at which the world it inhabits is changing is frightening, deffo worth hedging your bets.

Nothing surprises me now, apart from the financial use cases of distributed ledger technology which is the future of finance, anything else like NFTs is a punt for me

Are you saying it’s all bollocks Amps?

                Shirley not

Mad_Cyril It’s possible that all art is in fact ‘bollocks’.

Just dropped around 1500 sheets on drip tokens - should be sniffing fat lines of Colombia’s finest off Rose Monroe’s bottom before the year is out 😎

nicksneddon What is Drip and why should I be mortgaging my house to buy some?

Ha it’s not really, thats just an FAQ I think

So as far as I can tell, we are at a great starting position for 2022 in the crypto market, let the good times roll

Targeting some huge gains across the board

Amps Looks like the morning after a mad reel to reel set

                      Hursty
Spot on, I’ve eaten shit loads of cheese over Christmas and can already report huge gains.

Hursty It’s down 30%. I am still not sure what benefit ownership of a bitcoin confers.

benson The big players accumulate when the market is down, retail pile in when it starts going up, and the loop continues. The whales get richer every time as people panic sell on the way down straight into their coffers.

If you want to see what Bitcoin is about for an investment look at the gains since 2010 on a yearly graph, the destination is already programmed.

I’m fungible curious, count me in.

World Mobile, the shirt sponsor of Fulham has been doing exceptionally well this year, a tidy 160% profit this month alone and we haven’t really got going yet!

I mean who could have seen something like this coming?

zackster the need to pour water on this sensationalism is strong so for some context - the US stock market lost 4 trillion in 6 days back at the start of 2020.

This is great news, fantastic entry prices across the board including TradFi markets
