Nice ending to Loki S2 which I felt was weaker than S1. Dunno if it’s Marvel fatigue, that the main issue with the loom is too disconnected or there wasn’t much intrique to what’s going on, going on but it wrapped up really well - clearly Marvel had their A team on this one - and Disney seem fortunate to be in a place where they could pivot away from Jonathan Majors if they wanted to.

I really liked Loki too. Hiring Benson & Moorhead to helm it was a fine choice. Their indie scifi movies are worth checking out if you like really trippy stuff. The Endless messed with my head pretty bad.

My nerdy FB groups have also been positive about The Marvels, which surprised me. The said nerds being mainly men. Still will wait for it to come to Disney+, rather than to go see it in the theatre.

Homegrove saw The Marvels on Sunday and was surprised how good it was considering some of the dross that came before

Wally I felt was weaker than S1.

Gash compared to the first. Bets thing about both series is the art direction. Writing is fairly weak imo.

Hats off to anyone braving Zach Snyder’s latest master piece Rebel Moon Part One on Netflix. I have too much good movies to watch before I give up and watch that.

Homegrove just finished it, some of the trademark Snyder battle scenes are ace, dialogue iffy in places, and the whole thing seemed to judder along

Watched it with the boy and even he zomed out and he loves sci-fi shit

I have watched the first two Star Wars recently.

Enjoyed the first one, thought the second one was absolute bobbins.

This is Barry Norman signing out.

Attack of the Clones or Empire Strikes Back?

Must be Attack of the Clones …. Surely.

Ed felt a strong affinity with Jar Jar Binks

Hans Solo - An absolute lady killer like me!

Talks absolute shite, golden retriever enthusiasm, hated by everyone, jumps in water when threatened.

            And as for Binks.
