Your A game and a kitchen sink are all that’s required Wal!

I hear the Incal has been given the green light to be made into a film. Firstly, not everything needs to be a film. Secondly, this really doesn’t need to be a film. Thirdly, just fuck off. Forthly, I’m willing to put my copy of Disk 2 on them including the probe droid, because, you know, fan service is everything these days, and fuck the actual story.

Well Hawkeye is really stupid. I love it. It’s like if Shane Black did it.

I thought it was good tbf.

    Fell asleep through episode 2
    🤣

Only watched episode 1 so far but thought it was decent.

Episode 3 was great. Also really excited about the “uncle.”

Waiting until they are all out and I can binge them.

I’ll avoid the thread. Spoil away!

      Spoiler, Jeremy Renner sucks.

Off to see the new Spider-Man tomorrow. Skipped the last one in theatres (rightly so, it’s IMO the second worst movie in the MCU after Thor The Dark World, Mysterio sucks as a villain), but the reviews for this one made brave the masses. Although movie theatres here have covid passports.

Homegrove My stepson is seriously pissed I’m not going, but I cannot stand that runt who plays Spiderman.

That’s £15 saved and two hours down the pub whilst they fuck off out the house.

Dan I reckon after Barman, Spiderman is now my least favourite movie franchise, too many reboots and continuous bad casting choices. Although, in fairness, it’s a bit like rating ‘my least favourite dog shites that I barely notice’.

They go like a runt ro play Peter Parker, for sure. Next up: Eddie Redmayne (shivers) and/or Smallman.

Amps Barman sounds like a great chacter, deffo a brummie-accent. Tom Holland’s the most comic accurate Spider-Man to date so there is that. IMO of course.

Homegrove Who fuckin cares, there’ll be another one along in five minutes. Hollywood at it’s absolute worst.

Is Spiderman just a bit too wet to ever be of any interest? Defo feels more suited to the animated versions.

Barman, can’t quite pin down his super powers, but can’t get away from him looking like Al Murray’s ‘Pub Landlord’.

Well only when he’s not in his superhero costume, obvs.

Saw Spiderman this morning. Left the cinema satisfied 👍🏻

See my point above. Not the most action packed of books. Tedious at times. Can imagine this being a slow burning, claustrophobic number, as there is little story. Think Ad Astra, but somehow worse.

Her playing Kleopatra has also pissed off some people with feelings about Palestine.

Really liked the new Spider-Man. It also managed to surprise me a few times.

So the new Spider-Man movie took in nearly 600 million dollars on it’s opening weekend. Third biggest opening EVER. Just in time too, as many countries are closing cinema’s again.

Homegrove I’d have to be taken at gunpoint to go and see another Marvel film at the cinema.

So whats the interest in this thread then?

                    • Dan replied to this.

Gal Gadot is the worst actor I’ve ever seen. Dog shit human being too.

Thoroughly enjoyed Spiderman:NWH. Great flick. No wonder it’s doing gangbusters.

Took our younger one to see it at the weekend and actually enjoyed it myself. Good fun. Not going to pretend that i wasn’t a bit embarrassed for the people who were cheering at the screen when two previous spidermen appeared lol.

                        Wearing costumes?

Thoroughly enjoyed it with the boy. Nice nods to prevent movies too.

                        Can’t wait for this…

I just hope they bother to explain how he got out of the Sarlaac pit!

I have hope that that will be explained and that the story will be as cohesive as Mando has so far been. If the Last Jedi director was involved though, I’d be frickin’ worried, as he made some horrible choices in his “masterpiece of shite”.

I will be binge watching, when it’s all released. Hope you enjoy it! 🙂

Well Hawkey was fun. Full on comics as live action-nonsense.

Thought Book Of Boba Fett was excellent.
