Again, I don’t care as long as they leave us alone. I gave up some time ago. They want to create some Y’all Qaeda, Christian theocracy hellhole in the middle of this country, have it. Enjoy economic calamity as businesses that actually employ people are like, nah, hard pass - nobody wants to live there. I know for a fact where I work will ban any professional travel to anywhere that bans abortion in any meaningful way. Good bye, conferences (unless for guns and oil and lifted trucks). Republicans are overplaying their hands here. But fuck ’em. They mean nothing to me. We are United in name only. We’ll continue to move forward. They’ll slip back into Afghanistan with mullets and mega churches. And they’re celebrating this. As if turning the clock back to the 1950’s is a win. They just don’t get it.
