Or he’s just a journalist?
As a general principle (Greenwald aside) I find it worrying that nowadays journalists are (and allow themselves to be categorised as) partisan, and people simply refuse to read the output of people they deem not from their side.
See also: Peter Hitchens in the UK, who is highly insightful in many ways, and has shown himself to be a prescient commentator on geopolitical issues in particular, but everyone on ‘the left’ refuses to read him and now every ‘lockdown sceptic’ does too because he had the vaccination.
