here’s a quote from that article, it doesn’t exactly sound convincing:

“US District Judge Loretta Preska has ordered that potentially dozens of documents, testimony and other evidence could be unsealed, despite Maxwell’s objections.”

am i reading too much into “potentially” and “could be” or is this purposefully vague?

      Couldn’t they just call Virginia Giuffre as a witness? I mean, it was her testimony that they want unsealed. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe there’s a reason she can’t be called, but to me that seems like the simplest way around this mess.
